HANDMADE + ENGRAVED LARGE GULPA SINGING BOWL - (5009)

Made in Nepal, these Singing Bowls are handmade and engraved. When played can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost the immune system, and increase overall wellbeing. It is also believed to help balance the chakras, the seven energy centres in the body. Each bowl plays a note that corresponds to these energy points. The bowl sits gently in the players palm and the rim is circled in a clockwise direction with the stick. Sometimes they can take a little while to get singing, but the more you get to know it, the easier it becomes. Singing bowls will absorb and cleanse the negative energy, its vibration returning balance and good energy.

It is important to cleanse frequently with selenite, full moon light, incense, sage or intention - whatever practices work for you.
